Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and include the equipment only; freight, installation and taxes are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a price or stock error is found, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. For large facility orders we may agree a quote and payment schedule in writing.

Delivery

Machines ship by LTL freight and small items by parcel carrier, to the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates. Inspect every delivery before signing — see Shipping & Delivery.

Installation

When installation is purchased, our crew assembles and places the equipment at the delivery address. You are responsible for clear access to the room and a suitable, level floor.

Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims follow our Returns & Warranty policy.

Safe use

Commercial equipment must be assembled, used and maintained as described in its manual. Consult a professional before starting a training program. IRONKING is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, unsupervised use or modifications.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
