Before you order
How is equipment delivered?
Machines ship by freight. At checkout you choose curbside delivery, liftgate service or white-glove carry-in and assembly.
Can you install my machines?
Yes. Machines like the Royal Smith Machine are sold with or without installation, and the installed price is shown on the product page.
Can I return a machine?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Freight returns are scheduled with our team — see Returns & Warranty for the details.
What warranty is included?
Every machine carries a warranty on frame, cables and upholstery. See the Warranty page for the coverage of each part.
Can you plan my whole gym?
Send your room size and goals through the Gym Design page. We return a floor plan with every machine placed and a volume quote, free of charge.
How soon does my order ship?
In-stock items leave our warehouse after the order is confirmed. Your freight carrier calls ahead to schedule the delivery window.
