IRONKING sells commercial gym equipment online in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

- Orders: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, and the items you buy.
- Account: your login email, saved addresses and order history.
- Messages: what you send through the contact and gym design forms.
- Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe.
- Reviews: your name and review, if you leave one.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, through cookies and server logs.
How we use it
- To process orders, arrange freight delivery and installation, and provide warranty support.
- To answer your questions and prepare floor plans and quotes.
- To send the newsletter you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the store: the payment processor, freight and parcel carriers, our email and hosting providers and, if enabled, analytics and advertising tools. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and login working. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they also use cookies to measure visits and campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes. Messages and newsletter data are kept until you ask us to delete them.
